OKONJIMA’S HOME STEAD

MAIN CAMP is the original Hanssen-family farmhouse, reconstructed as a lodge in 1992.

• 6 double, en-suite rooms overlook a lush garden and open-fire entertainment area. Each room has a double and a ¾ bed, a roof-fan and private, lockable safe. The rooms are close to the Lapa (The Gathering Place), the curio-shop, the swimming-pool & reception area.

• 10 Bush / Mountain View rooms overlook the natural Okonjima bush-veldt and are set approximately 15 - 20m apart, some distance from the Bush Lapa (The Gathering Place) and entertainment area, each with verandah and wheel-chair friendly ramp. The spacious new bedrooms – with a view and reading nook are also en-suite but have twin basins and a larger shower. Each room has 2 double beds, a mini-fridge to store your own drinks, a roof-fan, a safe & alarm-system, a telephone to call reception if need be, and the sound of nature around you.

IN SHORT:
* 6 comfortable, en-suite, garden-view rooms.
*10 spacious, en-suite, bush-view rooms.
* A secluded swimming-pool.
* A Half or Full Board rate.
* No Children under the age of 12 years.
