IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

ALL RATES ARE QUOTED IN NAMIBIAN DOLLARS (NAD) 

FULLBOARD RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, Meals, Activities, Levy, Vat 

FULLY INCLUSIVE: Accommodation, Meals, Activities,Levy, Vat and Drinks (except premier and imported brands) Coffee/tea and fruit available throughout the day.

HALFBOARD RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, Dinner, Brunch, Levy, Vat and Drinks (except premier and imported brands)
Coffee/tea and fruit available throughout the day.

PILOTS & GUIDES:
At rates above guides and pilots must be prepared to sleep in LUX. EN-SUITE TENTS and can only participate on activities if space is available.

CHILDREN:
Due to the nature of our activities, child participation is restricted, depending on age and activity.
Parents will have to sign a special indemnity taking full responsibility for any children under the age of 16 years.
Due to dangerous animals, we cannot guarantee their safety.

PARK & ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION FEE:  (non commissionable)
This fragile conservation area is located in the heart of Namibia's commercial farmlands and requires sensitive land management practices. The small daily  fee is designed to support our "Conservation through Education" projects.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
50% deposit one month prior to date of arrival. Should you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, an additional cancellation fee will be deducted.

CANCELLATION FEES:
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% cancellation fee
Less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation fee
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date - 75% cancellation fee
Less than 1 week  prior to arrival date  - 80% cancellation fee
No Show - 100% cancellation fee

CHECK IN TIMES
From 12h00
Those who wish to partake in afternoon activities: before 16h00 (summer time) and 15h00 (winter time)

CHECK OUT TIMES
No later than 10h30

Okonjima reserves the right to amend these rates as and when necessary!

The Luxury Bush Camp is situated at the Edge of a Wilderness Area, 3km from Main Camp.

• Bush Camp comprises:
  • 8 thatched, African-style chalets,
  • 1 luxury, honey-moon suite, with fire-place, bath and out-side ‘Bush-shower’. (Wheel-chair Friendly)  (completed August 2008)
  • 3 luxury, en-suite tents for guides and pilots and ‘Agent Educationals’.
  • A Lapa in the form of the indigenous ‘camelthorn’ pod and a secluded swimming pool.
• Each exclusive chalet enjoys complete privacy, and is a unique combination of earthy ochre walls and khaki-green canvas, under a thatched roof.
• Each chalet is equipped with queen and a ¾ bed, a mini-bar, a private safe for valuables, a kettle for that early morning cup of tea or coffee and a telephone.
• The honey-moon suite boasts 2 double beds, a bathtub, an out-side shower and a fireplace.
• All chalets are between 80m – 100m apart from each other.  For those who wish to feel the closeness of nature, the front 180º of canvas panelling may be rolled up, inviting visitors to enjoy theirown ‘bushveld’ vista.
• In front of each chalet, a birdbath is visited by a variety of birds and small mammals. 
• The extensive ‘camelthorn’ shaped Lapa, encompasses the reception area and curio-shop, a cosy lounge with a rustic inside fire-place, an outside fire-place, a kitchen and dining area – all overlooking a waterhole.
• No children under the age of 12 years.
• Rate: Half Board (HB) and Full Board (FB) on request.
